ACTIVERAIN/KODAK CONTEST:WHAT MAKES A GOOD SIGN
Okay...... Here's what makes my Sign a Good For Sale Sign.
i.e See my Earlier post on my For Sale Sign Topper :"GOOGLE THIS ADDRESS SIGN TOPPER"
I've been adding this sign topper for several years now as a way for consumers find out more about a Property or home for Sale from my sign.
So how does "GOOGLE THIS ADDRESS" help home buying consumers find out more information on a Property?
With all my Listing I write a Post here in the Rain..with the Street address in part of the heading. Google of course picks up on the addresss and give my Active Rain post Top Billing in their Search Engine.
In my ActiveRain Post I outline the features as online information Brochure which includes Pictures or a Virtual Tour on the home or property I have For Sale.
Here's a Few Examples
The neat thing is....This allows My Clients to get involved too
I even even put in a Facebook ad Print ad or post card to "GOOGLE THIS ADDRESS" for more details
It's all about making it easy for consumers to learn more about your Listing from your Sign Topper.
