Is Social Media a Fade for Real Estate and Realtors ?
Social Media is our netting working tool for today and the future. By being online with Active Rain Blogging or Facebook chatting with Friends, or sending a Tweet to our followers on Twitter about the latest Local or World News or Open House.... we all need to be proactive and just do it.
At the recent Rain Camp in Bellingham Washington...see my post...Ben Kinney pointed out......95% of home buyers are looking for their next home online, yet only 5% of the Realtors are marketing online.
Here's a scary thought for the remaining 95% of the Realtors, most are still advertising in Print Media and Ben Kinney informed us only 1% of the Home Buyers are looking there...So Realtors where are you marketing yourself and your Real Estate Listings?
I believe if we Realtors do not embrace social media, home buying consumers will not find our listing or you, and we may go out of business unless we are marketing online.
