These are all Questions many knowledgeable Consumers are asking Realtors and we should know...Right?
A Current Radio advertisement Got me thinking, another Realtor was saying Call me my web site has 10,000 hits a day...I thought I need to Check on my current Traffic again.
Off I went to Look at the Current Stats on one of my web sites..www.1-victoria-real-estate.com which ranks well under Victoria BC Real Estate and Victoria Real Estate, often #1
Hits a Day...Wow over 16,000 one day and an average over 12,000 per day for the last 7 days.
Okay Lets Drill down and look at Unique Visitors and Sessions
A Unique Visitor may have more than one Session during a day, and each is counted in this view. Each day's total is broken down into two components:
- Initial Sessions: only the first Session of a Visitor during each day is counted as the Initial Session. This number is equivalent to the number of Unique Visitors during that day since each is counted once.
- Repeat Sessions: if a Visitor has more than one Session during the same day, all but the first are counted as repeat Sessions.
My Stats Summary for the Last week for Sessions, Page views, Hits, and Bytes. 
Interesting …..So are you following your Stats on your web to see what is going on with your Web site Traffic? It’s important information so you know how your online marketing is doing, knowing how well your web site is bringing online house shoppers and knowing your web site stats to tell your existing clients and New Clients.
