With The Week Winding down, I knew there was a Cartoon in my Database that would reflect the Real Estate Market in Victoria BC which is located on Vancouver Island.

I often get inquiries about large parcels of Land and at low prices from out of town buyers moving to Victoria... which is located at the SE corner of Vancouver Island.
I often remind People we are on an Island and many selltlers came here hundreds of years before us, Like Capt Cook, Capt. Vancouver and of Course The Hudson Bay Company .
So I chuckle to myself when I get a request for 100 acres close to town with a nice wee home on a quite street....
