I thought I would review the Real Estate activities of Victoria BC an area know by the locals as Fairfield and Rockland, an area bordered by Dallas Rd and the Victoria Waterfront to the South, Cook St, Beacon Hill Park and Douglas Street to the West, Fort St and Oak Bay Ave to the North, Foul Bay Rd and Kings George Terrace to the East.


Single Family Sales in Fairfield and Rockland since August 25, 2009 Total 162 during the last 12 months with an Average Selling Price of $ 785,671 with an average of 37 days on the market.

YTD Sold Fairfield -Rockland

Single Family Pending Fairfield and Rockland Real Estate Sales Total 18
with an average selling price of $ 853,278 with an average of 39 days on the market.

Pending Sales in Rockland-Fairfield

It would appear Fairfield Single Family Real Estate sale prices are up, and the days on the market has increased.

Condominium Sales In Fairfield and Rockland since August 25, 2009 total 174 during the last 12 months with an Average selling price of $ 320,397 with an average of 38 Days on the market.

YTD Condo Sales

Condominium Pending Fairfield and Rockland Sales total 9 with an average selling price of $ 276,299 with an average days on the market of 58 Days.

It would appear the Fairfield and Rockland BC Real Estate Condominium Sales Prices are down and the Days on the Market are up.

I recently drove along the Dallas Rd Waterway then through Hollywood Crecent and took a Video of the Dallas Rd and Homes along Holloywood Crescent area to give you an idea of the Quaintness and Character of the Dallas road Waterfront where it is a popular walking Area from the Ogden Point Break Water to Clover Point Near Moss Street in Fairfield.
