Currently there are 14 Pending Sales with an average selling price of $ 850,886 with an average of 48 days on the market. Two Sales are over a Million dollars in the Uplands district of Oak Bay.

Goldstream Park-Fred CarverA few months ago I was up early and it was a great Sunny day. So I grabbed my Camera and headed out to Goldstream Park, just outside Victoria.

The Park was Empty of people so I was all along walking through the park and taking pictures...

Today I would like to share my photos of a waterway tunnel that travels under the highway and often used by Hikers to go hiking on the mountain beyond.
