An area in Saanich West known by the locals as ROYAL OAK AND NORTHRIDGE, an area bordered by Gladiola to the South, Interurban Rd to the West, Wilkinson and Pepin Road to the North, Vanalman to the East.
CURRENT ACTIVITY
2 Pending Sales with an average selling price of $ 565,500 with an average of 46 days on the market. This is a very central area of Victoria, close to Schools, Parks, Shopping(three major Shopping centers within 10 minutes by car) and downtown Victoria.
