SO YOU THINK VICTORIA WATERFRONT AND LUXURY HOMES ARE EXPENSIVE.. NOT TO THIS EX VICTORIAN HOME BUYER
I put my qualified home buyers into my automated MLS search for homes that meet their wishs and dreams. My Buyers love getting Hot new listings and price changes as they occur with Victoria Luxury and Waterfront homes for sale.
I have a Vancouver home buyer (past Victoria resident) who asked me to email her homes for her 
consideration luxury and waterfront homes between $750,000 and 1.5 Million in and around Cadboro Bay, Ten Mile Point,Arbutus, Queenswood, North Oak Bay and of course the Uplands in Oak Bay. Her future plan is to move back home to Victoria.
This past week, Cynthia emailed me..see below her email request.
What's really interesting is ....Cynthia feels Victoria Luxury and Waterfront homes are a bargain compared to Vancouver where she currently lives. In fact she even sends my listings I send her with my automated search to her Cousin i n Montreal who is also planning on moving home to Victoria next year.
Here is the Email request to increase the price range with my automated listing search for Cynthia.....
" Thank you Fred for continuing to send me these listings. I was wondering if you could please increase the limit to 2. Million?
I see that lots of places are on the market for a long time and with price reductions. I can't say the same for the Vancouver market.
Victoria looks like a much better place to invest or live real estate wise.
I hope its ok, I forwarded one of your listing emails to me to my cousin in Montreal who is seriously looking at returning to Victoria within the next year.

Of course ...I increased her price range which opens up more Victoria waterfront and luxury homes for Cynthia and her cousins consideration.
