BUSY BUSY OPEN HOUSE..... MOSTLY FROM MY ONLINE MARKETING RESULTS WITH ACTIVERAIN BLOGGING
First Open House today, my only marketing was my online marketing, MLS and my Open House Signs.
The number of interested Home Buyers was steady today from 2-4 PM
One Lady said she she thought I advertised in the Paper..I said not for a long time now. I said I go where the Buyers are looking.... online with the Search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.
I asked everyone how did they hear about my Open House..Only one said they came directly from my Sign and they did not know the Price. I'm still puzzled about the lady that said she saw my ad in the Paper.
The Good News...One Couple called after the Open House and said they are very interested and said they off to see their Bank tomorrow morning, Plus I had a call from a Realtor asking to view the my listing for a second time tomorrow with his Client.
Our Real Estate Market is Just Totally Different than last Fall and Summer....That's a Good Thing
