- Downtown Average Selling Price for Pending Sales= (34)$350,409 Completed Sales = (249)$414,909
- James Bay Average Selling Price For Pending Sales=(5)$662,980 Completed Solds = (72) $351,000
Total Pending and Completed Condo Sales in the South Side of Victoria = 599 with 529 Completed Sells Average= $ 361,607, 70 Pending Sales Average = $356,194.
