Condominium Solds in Fairfield and Rockland since September 12, 2010 Total 137 during the last 12 months with an Average Selling Price of $ 305,800 with an average of 66 days on the market.
Condominium Current Pending Sales in Fairfield and Rockland Total 18 with an average selling price of $ 252,091 with an average of 90 days on the market.
Currently there are 90 Condominiums in Fairfield and Rockland BC For Sale with an average asking price of $351,751 ranging in price from $65,000 for a Condo on Southgate and up to $699,000 for a Condo on Linden Ave.
History of Fairfield, Fairfield is a pleasant, residential community with a mix of low-rise apartments, condos, townhouses and single family homes on well-maintained, tree-lined streets. Fairfield is the southern-most neighbourhood in the city of Victoria, on southern Vancouver Island.
