I thought I would review the Real Estate activities for single family homes in Victoria BC an area know by the locals as Fairfield and Rockland, an area bordered by Dallas Rd and the Victoria Waterfront to the South, Cook St, Beacon Hill Park and Douglas Street to the West, Fort St and Oak Bay Ave to the North, Foul Bay Rd and Kings George Terrace to the East.

Single Family Pending Fairfield Single Family Real Estate Sales Total 11 with an average selling price of $ 724,364 with an average of 18 dayson the market.
Single Family Pending Rockland Single Family Real Estate Sale Total 3 with and average selling price of $ 1,516,000 with an average 114 days on the market
It would appear Fairfield & Rockland Single Family Real Estate sale prices are holding
Currently there are 36 Single Family Fairfield homes and 15 Single Family Rockland Homes For Sale with an average asking price of $830,861 in Fairfield and $ 1,055,693 in Rockland ranging in price from $ 498,000 for a home on Howe St and up to $2,250,000 for a home on Pemberton Street.
This Winter I drove along Hollywood Crecent Rd and took a Video of the Dallas Rd and Homes along Hollywood Crescent area to give you an idea of the Quaintness and Character of the Dallas road Waterfront where it is a popular walking Area from the Ogden Point Break Water to Clover Point Near Moss Street in Fairfield. Great Place for Family and Pets .
