This Summer The Victoria Real Estate Board, BC Hydro, The Capital Regional District-CRD, and the BC Ministry Of Energy Mines and Resources and various Local Governments joined together to offer up to 100 Home a Free Home Energy Assessments of any Homes Listed or about to be listed on our Victoria MLS system For Sale.
Home Buyers will now have the opportunity to see the Energy Rating of Homes that have completed a Energy assessment before making a decision to Purchase a home..
The Original Cost is $150 plus HST, when listed and posted on the MLS a home owner will we eligible to receive a refund of $150.
