Oak Bay is a popular area of Victoria to live for home Gardeners, due probably to the year round mild weather here. Why you ask...Because The nearby Pacific Ocean Temperatures around the Southern part of Vancouver Island are near 50 degrees year round. This large body of water is also a huge energy source heating or cooling the air and land mass nearby...Oak Bay and the Homes located there.
