I thought I would search our recent Sales and current Oak Bay homes and condo's for sale to find out is what's happening around the popular Garden Community of Victoria this Summer.....from June 30th to July 23, 2009
There seems to be considerable Real Estate activity with Single Home and Condominium Listings and Sales in this Victoria garden community.
This report may indicate a positive market trend in the coming months with Oak Bay real estate, resulting from the current brisk real estate activity with Single Family Homes, Condominiums and Townhouse fresh Listings and quick Sales throughout the Oak Bay Municipality of Victoria.
Oak Bay is a popular area of Victoria to live for home Gardeners, due probably to the year round mild weather here. Why you ask...Because The nearby Pacific Ocean Temperatures around the Southern part of Vancouver Island are near 50 degrees year round. This large body of water is also a huge energy source heating or cooling the air and land mass near by...Oak Bay and the Homes located there. All because of the Japanese Gulf Currents in the Straights of Juan de Fuca off the Oak Bay waterfront.
