Single Family Sales since January in Oak Bay Total 257 with an 2009 year to date Average Selling Price of $820,773 with an average of 51 days on the market.
Single Family Pending Sales Total 25 with an average selling price of $ 1,048,036 with an average of 48 days on the market.
Oak Bay Real Estate Single Family home sale prices are up in 2009, and the days on the market have decreased.
Currently there are 56 Single Family Oak Bay Homes For Sale with an Average asking price of $ 2,073,166 ranging in price from $499,900 for a home on Townley Street and up to $12 Million for a home on Beach Drive.
