After selling one of my clients home through my Internet Blog marketing efforts(3 offers and Sold $13,000 above asking in 2 days), I now set in motion to find this client the home of their dreams. We spend several weeks looking at homes, none seemed to fit the Bill.
Last Weekend a Fellow Realtor in my Office said "I'm taking you to Seattle to See a Mariners Baseball Game"(I helped one of his clients Buy their dream home last Summer while he was away).
The Morning before leaving for the "Clipper" (Ship to Seattle) I did a Victoria MLS Home search of New Listings. I saw one I knew my Buyer would love to see and probably Buy. I phoned a fellow Realtor to arrange a viewing while I was out of town and emailed my client to say John will show you a new listing on Irma if you would like to see it, call me on my Cell if you need my input. Later that day, she called to say she loved the house and there were 5 other offers, the asking price was $448,000, I asked her" what she thought of the house and what was it worth to her", She felt it was under priced , I suggested she offer $460,5000, She won, the Listing Agent called me to confirm they had accepted her offer and they have also accepted a back-up offer. This week the Building Inspection went well, the Financing Came through and we removed Subject's. Her Response to me was this lovely testimonial.
