Single Family Pending Fairfield and Rockland Real Estate Sales Total 17 with an average selling price of $ 893,412 with an average of 53 days on the market.
It would appear Fairfield & Rockland Single Family Real Estate sale prices are up and days on the market are down
Currently there are 51 Single Family Fairfield and Rockland BC Real Estate Homes For Sale with an average asking price of $948,772 ranging in price from $ 519,000 for a home on Home St and up to $2,995,000 for a home on St. Charles Street.
In the Winter of 2011 I drove through Hollywood Crecent and took a Video of the Dallas Rd and Homes along Holloywood Crescent area to give you an idea of the Quaintness and Character of the Dallas road Waterfront where it is a popular walking Area from the Ogden Point Break Water to Clover Point Near Moss Street in Fairfield. Great Place for Family and Pets
