Surpising to see the Amount of Activity in Pending Home Sales...Wow.
In the Month of September so far there have been a total 46 MLS Pending Sales, up from the Month August with 36 Single Family Homes, 10 Condo's & 0 Townhouse Sold
Here are the 6 real estate map areas of Oak Bay
- North Oak Bay there are Currently 5 Homes For Sale and 2 Pending Sales. Pending Sales are Down from August, still not a lot of Choices in North Oak Bay.
