June 13, 2010....... I thought I would review the Real Estate activities of Victoria BC an area know by the locals as Fairfield, an area bordered by Dallas Rd and the Victoria Waterfront to the South, Cook St, Beacon Hill Park and Douglas Street to the West, Fort St and Oak Bay Ave to the North, Foul Bay Rd and Kings George Terrace to the East.

Single Family Sales in Fairfield since June 13, 2009 Total 141 during the last 12 months with an Average Selling Price of $ 699,959 with an average of 36 days on the market.
Single Family Pending Fairfield Real Estate Sales Total 18 with an average selling price of $ 736,039 with an average of 25 days on the market.
It would appear Fairfield Single Family Real Estate sale prices are holding, and the days on the market has decreased in June.
Condominium Sales In Fairfield since June 13, 2009 total 172 during the last 12 months with an Average selling price of $ 309,808 with an average of 40 Days on the market.
Condominium Pending Fairfield Sales total 15 with an average selling price of $ 311,360 with an average days on the market of 36 Days.
It would Appear the Fairfield Bc Real Estate Condominium Sales Prices are down and the Days on the Market are the same this June from last June.
Currently there are 27 Single Family Fairfield BC Real Estate Homes For Sale with an average asking price of $ 886,262 ranging in price from $ 514,900 for a home on Redfern St and up to $ 1,595,000 for a home on Humbodt.
I recently drove along the Dallas Rd Waterway then through Hollywood Crecent and took a Video of the Dallas Rd and Homes along Holloywood Crescent area to give you an idea of the Quaintness and Character of the Dallas road Waterfront where it is a popular walking Area from the Ogden Point Break Water to Clover Point Near Moss Street in Fairfield. Great Place for Family and Pets

Fairfield is the southern-most neighbourhood in the city of Victoria, on southern Vancouver Island. It is Victoria's largest community by population and area, when considered together with the adjacent Gonzales neighbourhood.
