Current Pending Sales -Average days on the market DOM= 10 new pending sales in June 

Year to-date home Sales (07/05/07 to 03/05/08) Activity:  Solds = 396 Total Pending = 76, Pending Average Days on the Market= 46.

Average Current Pending Selling Price in Sooke :
