Fred nice job keeping a pulse of what is going on in the market at Oak Bay. Hope your Spring is going well.
Hi Bill.....Oak Bay is a Middle to upper income area of Victoria and has a Strong real estate market, with prices from $500,000 to in the millions.
We're Opening another Office next month in the Oak Bay Village, this will be our fifth Office in Victoria. We have always had a strong market share in Oak Bay and when a space because available the management decided to Open a Store Front on Oak Bay Ave in June.
