I thought I would share with you the Current Heart Beat of the Victoria real estate market place Today around Greater Victoria. This Morning I looked up on our MLS system different districts throughout Victoria for Current residential single family Listings and Pending Sales...Surpising to see the Amount of Activity in Pending Sales...Wow.
Home Sale in Victoria Are Busy Fred Carver
Here are 14 real estate areas of Victoria that I searched

  • Oak Bay there are Currently 85 Homes For Sale and 50 Pending Sales.That's better than 58% of the Listings in Oak Bay are Selling
  • James Bay there are currently only 8 Homes For Sale in James Bay & 3 pending Sales..sales are down here from April
  • Fairfield there are currently 24 Homes For Sale in Fairfield with 24 Pending Sales...Wow What Slow Market, popular area to live:.
  • Gordon Head  there are currently 42 homes For Sale in Gordon Head with  38 Pending Sales. 90% of the Listing are selling
  • Maplewood there are currently  10 homes For Sale in Maplewood with  12 Pending Sales...Wow over 100% of the listings are selling here, soon there may not be a home here to buy..
  • Broadmead there are currently 13 homes For Sale in Broadmead with  8 Pending Sales with an average selling Price of $ 741,000, up from April
  • Cordova Bay there are currently 43 homes For Sale with 13 Pending Sales..Popular area of Victoria with still some great choices

  • Gorge there are currently 12 homes For Sale in the Gorge with 12 Pending Sales..100% of the Listings Are Selling,  up from April..
  • Glanford there are currently  12 homes For Sale with a Whopping 21 Pending Sales...WOW !! This area is getting bought up Fast, up from April.
  • Northridge there are 5 Homes For Sale in Northridge with 4 Pending Sales...If this Keeps up it will be hard to find a home here to Buy.
  • Tillicum there are 6 homes For Sale in Tillicum with 13 Pending Sales...Wow The Average selling Price Here is $ 414,000 down from April.

  • Esquimalt there are 28 homes For Sale in Esquimalt with 21 Pending Sales...75% of the Listings are selling throughout this area
  • Colwood & Langford there are  223 homes For Sale with  130 Pending Sales...58% of the Listings are selling.
  • Sidney  there are 36 homes For Sale with  13 Pending Sales.. with an average selling price of  $499,000

As you Can See there is an active Real Estate Market in Victoria, Low Mortgage Rates are Helping Homes Sales throughout the Victoria Region
