That is quite a beautiful area and I can see why people would love to live there. USA is struggling in Floirda right now with the housing market sub prime loans--did you have any sub prime loan bank owned and short sales there?

Hi Monika...No Sub Prime Mortgages anywhere in Canada..however the financial meltdown did effect us, we're back to pre or near 2007 levels, Real Estate Sales Volume is Strong wiith Mortgage interest rates.

Hi Mark...This area of Victoria is certainly holding it's own, and maybe even up over last year. The Million dollar homes in this area are selling too which puts the average selling price up.
