WORDLESS WEDNESDAY IN VICTORIA's CHINATOWN
A Day off...we went Shopping in Victoria's Chinatown, which produced many great Opportunities for a Great Photo. Just like the Display in this Store Window.
Victoria's China Town is the Oldest in Canada. The first Chinese immigrants came to Victoria in 1858 because of the gold rush.
Check out More Photos I took while shopping and Exploring Victoria's Chinatown.

Hi Fred! - You took a day off! :) Looks like you visited the perfect spot today. I love Chinatown in New York City! Love the photos of those beautiful vases. Did you buy one?
Fun picture, you make me want to visit Victoria again! Thanks for the fun visit.
Wonderful looking vases Fred.
A number of years ago (mid 1990s), my son and I traveled to Victoria. I literally walked my legs sore exploring that wonderful place. I remember especially stepping into a Chinese herb shop on Fisgard Street. It was an amazing site and experience, to watch the doctor visiting with patients, and prescribing various herbs in jars and wooden drawers, which were packaged up in little paper packets. I wish I had photographed that part of the visit. . .Alas, I didn't!
Hi Fred - it was time I stopped by to say hello - and what did I see? Beautiful colors and a beautiful photo. Great day to shop apparently. ;-)
