Hi Gita...The Public love it, they can look for Open House's 24/7 and print off an property info sheet with a directional map to the Open House.

Print is dead, with a capital D. I spent $600 a month advertising in a major real estate advertising magazine a couple of years ago. The only calls I got were from salesmen who figured I was a sucker who had money so they would call me and try to sell me their garbage!
Hi Renee...I agree, I even had an online Yellow page ad, and the only calls where from People wanting to sell me their Product. Consumers want to find listing fast and online searches give this, home Sellers want a Realtor that can give them top Internet exposure...I can and I do that for all my Clients.
