Things are hot in Fairfield where I live. There were 3 houses up for sale and 1 sold last month. That means the months-of-inventory is 2 if I understand MOI correctly. Does that mean my area of Fairfield is a sellers market and I should expect to pay close to the asking price?
Hi Thomas..Currently 50% of the Listings are selling under Fairfield on MLS for a total of 12 Pending sales..there are currently 24 Active Single Family homes for sale in Fairfield...looks balanced.
