that area seems like a nice are to do business in. There is a lot of homes for sale though.
Hi Dennis...About 60% of our listings are selling in a month, I expect this number to be higher by months end, as May is a very busy time for Home Sales throughout Victoria. Just Last weekend I Sold a New listing in 2 days, three offers and selling for $12,000 over our asking price. Correct Pricing and good marketing are important.

Hi Denise...Our Real Estate Market in Victoria, is fairly blanced with around 60% of our listings selling in 30 days, Price is of course the main reason, along with Condition and of course our marketing.
If a home is not priced correctly, it'll sit and sit and sit. I educate my Clients about the benifits of pricing to effect a timley sale and good sale price for them. Victoria Buyers are comparitive shoppers and look for well priced homes in good condition( move in ready).

I thought, according to the Press your market had just Crashed this last year, we're slow to get the News. Donald Trump told everyone on a TV interview Last January to Buy this year, as the Real Estate Market will bottom in America in 2008. Lets hope he's is right!
