Hi Denise..No snow in Victoria...well almost none. We have the mildest Weather in Canada, in the Winter we seldom go below Freezing.
This Home is awesome, it was build by a Finishing Contractor for himself. I sold it for him a few years ago and the current owner travels a lot, so it still is fresh and has a new appearance to it, Nothing to do but move in!
We had a offer last night, not quite enough to excite the Seller so for now it's Still Available.

Hi Kathy...Yes I do my own photos, I use a Pentex *ist-d with a 18-55 Lens, fairly easy to use.
