Hi Fred good job with your 1st video. I need to make my 1st as well. I got the flip camera and still have not used it.
Good first video Fred! UTube and Google video look pretty decent on outdoor shoots, but man...when you start shooting interior of homes, light becomes a big issue and wow, does the poor quality of UTube show up trying to scan across a room. Tough nut to crack there.
I've seen some excellent videos using Mixpo that AR supports. I plan to convert soon.
BTW...was that "your" yacht in the video? NICE!
Fred, This is lovely! That flip video is my very next purchase and I can't wait to try it myself. I sure hope I can learn it as quickly!
Hi Bill..I got some kind of Bug this past weekend, we were at a neighborhood Block party to meet our neighbors, lots of food and well everything else you can imagine, I woke up Sunday fuzzy and bloated and dizzy, slept almost until yesterday. Not feeling like starting work yet, so I took our Casio EX-S880 I bought for my Wife Jane last Christmas to try taking a video. Well it worked better than I expected, I just need to add voice, and find a good editing software. Give it a try Bill, I'm hoping to try doing a video of a house I have listed, to see how I do with an inside shot.
Cheers, thanks for visiting
Hi Jon...Go for it, it'll be all part of our marketing to home Sellers, once you start you'll have an edge on your competitor....I'm sure Sellers will Love to see their Home on You Tube, along with home Buyers.
Thanks for visiting, come again!
Hi David...I'm going to try my first interior video, I have a high definition camera,8.1 Mega Pixels, 2.8" Wide & Bright LCD, 4 x Digital Zoom so I'll try it on higher setting for better quality. I'm not ready for a monthly cost yet, although I may soon join Mixpro.
Cheers, thanks for visiting
Fred - Great job on the video....I too have wanted to create videos but don't have the equipment right now to do it. I am looking into purchasing a flip camera soon. Over the past couple of weeks I have been working on putting a video together with still digital photos of condo complexes in my area by uploading them to Windows Movie Maker, adding text and music and then posting it to You Tube.
If anyone can figure out how to hold a high powered light, talk and film at the same time let me know. Dark spots are the biggets problems but I guess it's better than nothing.
Hi Donna...Try Photo Bucket, it's free and easy to use to upload photos from your computer and Video's, see one of mine here. Thanks for Visiting
Hi Steven...my Casio Camera adjusts for lighting, so I'm lucky I do not need three Arms and Legs. Cheers, have a great day!
Hi Carole...You'll do just fine, just do it, I know you'll get hooked and soon coaching us all in the Rain. Plus all those New York Concerts you can be Videoing.
Fred, good job. Now that the first one is done you'll be doing a swarm of videos. I love the flower baskets hanging and it looks like the tourists are all having a great time, too.
Hi Gena...The Flower Baskets are a very old tradition here...not sure but a long time ago they started putting up hanging flower baskets throughout the downtown of Victoria.
Yes I'm excited about trying my Video on my listings, I'm stumped at the moment, as my Casio does not have pause feature, so I have several mini video's of a listing, the Outside, LR,DR,KItchen, than MBR, and Den, I thought I could just stitch them together, now I'm researching programs that do that...so I contacted our Jeff Turner and waiting for his suggestions.
Cheers, thanks for visiting.
Fred - pretty good for a first try music and all ... looking forward to further endeavors.
Hi Fred, AWESOME job! I really like the waterfront and all the vessels. You are leading the way again! I need to do my first now. Take care.
Hi Kathy...The Music came from editing after I uploaded the video to You Tube, there you can add Music, and of course Grab the Email link or HTML Code to post here.
Cheers, thanks for visiting Kathy.
Hi Denise...It was fairly easy, turned better than I expected, although next time I'll improve the pixel count, and try for a clearer video. Plus add a voice over.
Cheers, have an awesome weekend!
Fred, I haven't tried adding video yet. I take lots of video, just haven't learned how to upload it to my marketing materials yet. Glad to see you have gotten your feet wet with it. I'll have to give it a try!
P.S. thanks for commenting on my post!
Hi Pam...Go Grab a Video you'll need to learn now while you have time, as soon your clients will be asking for it. Cheers, thanks for visiting please come again.
PS: Comgratulations on Being Featured with your Pay it Forward post!
Hi Donna...I'm not sure I'm great, but I tried, I still like my Still Photos converted to a virtual tour slide show on my points2 to web site and then there is always photobucket too.
Cheers thanks for visiting, come again.
