Fred ... Awesome report and keep it up!
Hi Fred! - Nice report on Victoria BC Dog Days of Summer Real Estate Values Throughout The City in August. While the numbers of sales may have taken a hit versus last year the good news is that the media sales price has remained consistent.
Hi Pippa...I decided I wanted a report that breaks down our different areas throughout Greater Victoria and posted this market report on my web site Blog first, then emailed it to clients and last but not least Finally posted it here for everyone one to see.
Cheers, glad you enjoyed it, thanks for visiting!
Hi Donna...At first while doing the report I thought there was a major shift happening...then I compared the Median Price with the same time last year. I believe the higher priced home sales have slowed with a lower number of Buyers for Victoria Million Dollar homes at this time of year!
Great report Fred. We have also seen a tremendous slowing in the sales of the higher priced homes in our area -- something that the media seems to not see or report on. -- John
Hi Alexander...Thanks, I plan on keeping this type of format for my market reports. It helps Buyers and Sellers see their market area of interest in Victoria. Luxury homes sales are slow here too, however their are Sales in the bracket that go un-announced on MLS.
Cheers, The Future looks Rosie, thanks for visiting. :O)
